Getting started

From first conversation to your own storefront.

How does On Tap Merch work?

We help turn your venue’s brand into a merchandise collection. Guests order through your On Tap Merch storefront, and made-to-order products are shipped directly to them. You focus on your venue while we coordinate the merchandise.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your venue. We’ll discuss your collection and next steps. Once you’re ready, you’ll receive a private invitation to create your owner account.

Do I need to buy inventory or place a bulk order?

No inventory purchase is required for our made-to-order collection. You do not need to store merchandise or pack online orders. Ask us separately about any bulk or specialty requests.

What does it cost to get started?

We’ll confirm the costs and profit-sharing arrangement for your collection before you commit. Any specialty design, sample or product costs should be agreed before work or ordering begins.

Can I see an example store?

Yes. Explore Roselle & Vine for an example of the storefront experience. Example collections show the concept; they are not a promise that every displayed item is available.

How soon can my store launch?

Timing depends on your artwork, product choices and approvals. We’ll agree on next steps with you. Creating an account or selecting products does not automatically publish your store.

Products & design

Choose pieces that feel like your place.

Can I choose which products go into my store?

Yes. In your owner dashboard, open Build Your Collection, check the products you’re interested in and submit them together. Our team reviews your request and prepares the next steps.

What products can I choose from?

Choose from the On Tap Merch approved catalog available in your dashboard. Options may include tees, sweatshirts, hats and other merchandise. Ask the team about premium or specialty pieces; availability and pricing are confirmed before launch.

Can you design my merchandise, or can I send my own design?

You can choose design help or provide your own artwork when requesting your collection. Upload your logos, designs and notes in the dashboard so our team has them together.

What kind of artwork should I provide?

Send the highest-quality original logo or design you have, plus your preferred colors and placement. Avoid screenshots when an original file is available. Use the upload formats shown in the dashboard; if your file is not accepted, contact us for help.

Do I approve the designs before they go live?

You review the proposed collection and request changes or approve it through the owner workflow. On Tap Merch handles the final launch. A product request by itself is not approval to publish.

Can I request a sample or add products later?

Yes—ask the team about sample availability and cost before ordering. You can also request additional products through your dashboard. New pieces still need preparation and approval before they join your store.

Accounts & invitations

Get signed in and keep your team moving.

How do I create my owner login?

Open the private invitation emailed to you, choose your password and continue to your owner dashboard. Invitation links expire after seven days and can be used once. Your ambassador can also share a QR code or private link in person.

My invitation didn’t arrive. What should I do?

Check Spam or Junk for “Your On Tap Merch owner invitation.” Confirm that your ambassador entered the correct email address. They can resend the invitation from their dashboard. Use the newest email, because resending replaces the previous link.

I already have an account. Where do I sign in?

Use Venue Login. If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If your venue is missing after sign-in, contact the team so we can check its account assignment.

Can an ambassador help me set up my store?

Yes. An ambassador can create your invitation and guide you through setup in person. Open the invitation on your own phone or in a private browser window, and choose your own password. You do not need to share your password or banking details with the ambassador.

Do I need my own supplier account or company email?

No separate print-provider login is needed for the owner experience. You can use your existing email address for your On Tap Merch account; you do not need to buy a company mailbox.

Earnings & payouts

Understand your share before you launch.

How is my venue’s share calculated?

Your share follows your venue’s agreed profit-sharing terms. It is calculated from profit after the applicable production, fulfillment and payment costs—not simply from the full checkout total. Confirm your agreement with the team before launch.

Where can I see sales and earnings?

Your owner dashboard shows the records available for your assigned venue. Contact the team if an order or amount looks incorrect. An earnings balance and a completed payout are different things.

How do I set up payouts, and when will I be paid?

The team will confirm your payout schedule and any required setup before payouts begin. Where Stripe setup is provided, enter banking and identity details directly on Stripe’s secure form. Completing setup alone does not send a payment. Do not email bank details or passwords.

Orders & delivery

Help for the people wearing your brand.

How long will an order take to arrive?

Made-to-order items need production time before they ship. Timing varies by product and destination. Check the estimates available when ordering, and contact us before buying if you need an item for a specific date.

Can items from one order arrive separately?

Yes. Items may be produced in different locations and arrive in separate packages. Keep your order number handy if you need help checking an item or shipment.

Who should customers contact about an order?

Contact ontapmerchteam@gmail.com with the order number and the email used at checkout. We can help investigate production, shipping or item issues.

What if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or has a print problem?

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and explain the available next steps. Keep the item and packaging until we respond.

Can I change, cancel or return an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once production starts. Return and exchange eligibility depends on the issue and the terms applicable to your order; contact us before sending anything back.
